Serving as the first point of contact for customer support issues, the remote Help Desk Technician I will assist end users with troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware, software, and network problems in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider environment. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to help desk tickets and incoming support requests via phone, email, and remote session tools Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and endpoint devices Assist with password resets, account setup, and user access issues, while logging and tracking all incidents in the ticketing system Required Qualifications Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory environments 1-2 years of IT support or service desk experience, with internship or entry-level MSP experience preferred Associate degree or equivalent technical training in Information Technology or a related field preferred Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals preferred
