The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing department in developing, deploying, and optimizing organic social media and paid digital advertising campaigns as well as reporting on them. The position will be expected to understand business goals and objectives and must be able to analyze and clearly explain campaign performance and improvement recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for staying on the cutting edge of evolving digital advertising tactics and will be encouraged to bring forward suggestions for new digital advertising channels and platforms.

Required: 3-5 years of Organic Social media experience Experience working with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and other similar platforms is a must Experience with Marketo or similar solutions Understanding of the marketing funnel Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as a member of the Marketing and Customer Experience team Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage priorities Positive attitude, driven, and an energetic team player
Preferred: Experience in creating content for Catholic organizations, for example, a church, diocese, or school 2-3 years Paid Search/SEM campaign management experience
Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
